Doing it for the ‘gram

So we all know you LOVE LOVE LOVE CrossFit and you love coming to 858 and getting your sweat on. Your friends and family have or will soon learn that you speak a bit differently and use phrases like “WOD” and “jerks” in your day to day life. And then you pull out your phone and its easy, you follow along on the photos and stories of your favorite gym (@crossfit858 and @crossfit858missiongorge) but then you wonder who else is interesting and worth taking a look at? Well, let’s run through a few of the best posters and content creators in the Instagram world.

@crossfit and @crossfitgames: Stay up to date with the world CrossFit community here. They post anything from inspirational interviews and stories, to healthy recipes, updates on your favorite athletes and movement cues and reminders you’ll find helpful in the gym.

@mobilitywod @gowod_mobilityfirst and @romwod: These are all excellent resources for you to follow and get reminders and tips to stretch and take care of your body when you are both at the gym and at home. Don’t think I don’t notice you ducking out and skipping the cooldowns…. Take care of your body afterwards or when you get home

@crossfitlinchpin and @comptrain.co: These two companies write workouts that might be fun or help you get ideas to try in open gym or when you are traveling

@fluffy_duck @makewodsgreatagain @laughinglifter: Because who doesn’t need a fire CrossFit meme in their day to day life. Also if you are wondering if this is all me and Diana send to each other everyday… the answer is yes.

@crossfitgymnastics and @pamelagnon: Gymnastics help and programming and cues that can help you get over the bump or stuck spot.

@rxmindset2.0 and @tomfoxley: Mindset and motivation and discipline training. Sometimes moving the body takes a back seat to moving the mind.

Who do you follow? You can find me and most of the staff here at CF858 on here, shoot us your favorite follow and I’m always ready to share some healthy memes.
