GHD Note:
Scaling and education is extremely important today. Utilize the warm up as a time to teach proper GHD technique while laying on the floor. Then, anyone who has not performed a GHD sit up prior to today should be scaled in range of motion. This is an opportunity to teach people how to properly use the GHD to avoid injury.
