2016 Left Coast Rumble Event 1
On a 20 min clock:
Run 1400m (suggested 800m, 400m and then 200m)
Then run 800m with bumper plate (45/25)*
In time remaining, 1RM Squat Clean, optional bar facing burpees
Score=weight lifted+bar facing burpees with each BFB=1lb
Rules
-You may set up your opening weight before run, but you must change your own weights
-Power Clean, then Front Squat can = Squat Clean
Scaled= run 400m, plate carry 400m (45/25)
