Partner 1: 25 cal row
Partner 2: Hold barbell (185/135) locked out at top of deadlift while 1 is rowing,
then 5 Deadlifts (AFTER Partner 1 finishes row)
Partners 1 and 2 switch between deadlift and rower, then repeat. Next,
Partner 1: 25 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10’/9’)
Partner 2: Hold a Wall Sit
Partners 1 and 2 switch between Wall sit and Wall Balls, then repeat
Score=Rounds and reps, 110 reps per round
*Rowing and wall balls can only occur when other partner is locked out on deadlift or in wall sit
