(Switch every 500m, other partner holds plank. If you lose the plank, rower needs to stop)
80 Pullups
(Switch every 20 pullups, other partner holds is in a deadhang. If you lose the hang, partner needs to stop. Pullups can be broken as long as partner is hanging)
60 Back Squats (135/95)
(Switch every 15 Back Squats, other partner holds is in bottom of wall SIT. If you lose the position, partner needs to stop.)
