Buy In: 5k partner carry row, with one partner rowing, other partner on rower’s back.  Switch any time.

Six, 3 minute Rounds of:

1:1 sparring with a partner of relative equal size.*

*16oz gloves and mouthguards will be provided

Each partner will have a score.  Score is number of knockdowns of partner, partner must stop when person knocked down is nonresponsive or yells safeword “Cinnamon” three times.

Cash Out: 1 mile leap frog with partner
