SWOD: Back squat 8/8/6/6/6 (Aim to use 80% or more of your 1RM for the sets of 6)

 

WOD: 

*OTMEM for 10 min

3 Squat cleans (185#/120#)

5 Burpees

 

*Aim to maintain the same pace for each round
