- During the CrossFit Open, all Saturday classes will be the Open WOD of that week. Competitors that are signed up for the Open will WOD together at 12pm

5 Shoulder to overhead, 115 / 75 lbs
10 Deadlift, 115 / 75 lbs
15 Box jump, 24 / 20 inch
*Step downs or Step ups and downs are HIGHLY recommended vs rebounding for the box jumps! Safety First!!!
