Announcement:

WOD:

In teams of two:

*AMRAP in 10 min

200m Run (done together)

5 Hang snatches (115#/85#)

10 Push-ups

Rest 3 min

*AMRAP in 10 min

200m Run (done together)

20 Double unders (sub = 40 single unders)

5 CTB Pull-ups

 

While partner #1 is working on the reps partner #2 will do burpees. Once Partner #1 completes the reps partners will switch. Once both partners have completed the reps they will start a new round by running together. Post total rounds and total buprees to the whiteboard.
