SWOD: Clean and Jerk 6/5/5/4/4 (Your sets of 4 should be done with 80% or more of your 1RM. Same as last week but try and hit bigger numbers on your sets of 4.)
A1) Clean pulls with a 3 sec. pause below the knee 6/6/4/4 (Make each working set “heavy”. Try to use more weight then last week.)
A2) Single arm DB/KB bent over rows 12/12/10/10
