SWOD: Squat Snatch 5/5/3/2/2 (The set of three should be at 80% or more of your 1RM, the sets of 2 should be at 90% or more of your 1RM. This is similar to last week’s session but aim to beat the weight you used last week.)
Then,
Snatch balance 5/5/4/4/3 (focus more on pulling yourself under the bar than the weight being used)
Mobility:
A1) Paleo chair, accumulate 1 min x 2 sets
A2) Bully stretch, 30 seconds each arm x 2 sets
