SWOD: Deadlift 6/6/5/5/4/4 (By the time you get to the sets of 5 you should be at 75% of more of your 1RM. Same as last week but aim to beat the weights you used for your sets of 5 and 4.)

A2) Weighted plank hold 30-45 sec. x 4 sets
