A1) Single arm strict press 6/6/6/6 (each arm)
A2) Single arm unsupported bent-over rows 10/10/10/10 (each arm)
A3) Weighted sit-ups 12/12/12/12
For A1, A2, and A3 rest no more than 30 seconds between each movement.
