Thanksgiving Schedule:

  • Wednesday November 21: 6pm and 7pm classes CANCELLED.  5pm class will be held only
  • Thursday November 22nd: CLOSED
  • Friday November 23rd: Open Gym 10am-12pm
  • Saturday November 24th:  REGULAR SCHEDULE RESUMES

SWOD: Back Squat 5/5/5 (75%/80%/85% of your 1RM)

You’ll want to warm up to 75% of your 1RM and then start your first working set. This starts a new cycle of back squats and you should add 5# to your actual 1RM when figuring out what % to use.

AMRAP in 12 min

5 Shoulder-to-overhead (155#/105#)

10 Box Jumps (24”/20”)

15 Pull-ups

20 sit-ups
