Mobility: Accumulate 5 min in the Paleo Chair

PARTNER WOD: 

In Teams of Two:

AMRAP in 17 min

10 Games Standard Box Jumps (30”/24”)

5 Strict pull-ups

10 KB Swings (70#/53#)

200m run (together) -Or– 200m row (both partners must complete 200m row before moving on)

 

Rules: Partner #1 will complete all the reps while partner #2 is holding a plank position. Once partner #1 finishes, partner #2 will then begin working on the reps while #1 is in the plank position. When partner #2 finishes the reps both partners will run together. Once both partners have crossed the finish line partners will start the next round. In order to work on the reps one of the partner must be in the plank position. 🙂
