- LABOR DAY SCHEDULE: We will be hosting OPEN GYM ONLY from 10am -12pm on Monday September 3rd
- 30 Day Paleo Challenge re assessment WOD: Once again, we will be holding the re assessment this SATURDAY at 11am!! There will NOT be foundations at this time. If you need to make up the wod, you have until Sunday 12pm to do it for the second time. If you do it at Open Gym on Sunday, you must email coachmark@crossfit858.com the results.
