  • Kris Mukerji, CrossFit 858 member and Master Trainer at Iron Orr Fitness, will be offering corrective and performance enhancement flexibility sessions FREE to other CrossFit 858 members!! Kris has worked with clients with various goals from injury prevention, rehab, athletic performance and other general fitness needs.

Mobility: 

A1) Shoulder distraction drill, 1 min each arm x 2 sets

A2) Paleo Chair, accumulate 1 min x 2 sets

SWOD: Snatch 6/5/5/4/4 (your first working set should be “light” or about 50% of your 1RM. Remember we are trying make each rep perfect.) Then,

A1) Strict pull-ups, max reps x 4 sets

A2) Weighted push-ups, max reps x 4 sets
