- Friday, July 6th, we will be having Happy Hour at the gym starting at 7pm!!This is a GREAT opportunity for all of us to catch up, also to welcome some of the newer members of CrossFit 858!!I’ll get some beer, but please bring whatever beverages you wish to drink.Also: please bring a Paleo dish to share. For those that are on Paleo or those who are thinking of going Paleo, this is a great opportunity to try out different recipes. If possible, please bring the recipe to share.Pete’s Premade Paleo will also be there and will be supplying some appetizers and samples of meals for you all to try!!!!
