- Friday, July 6th, we will be having Happy Hour at the gym starting at 7pm!!This is a GREAT opportunity for all of us to catch up, also to welcome some of the newer members of CrossFit 858!!I’ll get some beer, but please bring whatever beverages you wish to drink.Also: please bring a Paleo dish to share. For those that are on Paleo or those who are thinking of going Paleo, this is a great opportunity to try out different recipes. If possible, please bring the recipe to share.Pete’s Premade Paleo will also be there and will be supplying some appetizers and samples of meals for you all to try!!!!
- 4th of July we will be CLOSED and will reopen on Thursday July 5th at 12pm. There will be NO morning classes on July 5th

50 Wall Balls (20/14)
50 KB Swings (53/35)
50 Goblet Lunges (53/35)
50 Windshield Wipers
-3 Rounds for time-
*Divide reps between partners as needed
**Each time an object (Wall Ball or KB) Touches the ground between reps 1-50, the PARTNER must do 5 burpees
***If object is dropped on the ground in transition between partners, BOTH people do 10 burpees
