SWOD: Clean and jerk 2/2/2/2/2 (start your first set at 85% or more of your 1RM) then,

A1) Single arm DB/KB push press, 12 reps each arm x 4 sets

A2) Max weighted sit-ups in 30 seconds, x 4 sets
