As a friendly reminder, please review our Late Policy and the reasons why we have one. ALL potential members are welcome to come and try us out, but please arrive on time so you do not miss important briefings on movements. This is especially the case if you have never CrossFit before nor performed any Olympic lifts prior. You cannot simply hop in, skipping the warmup and briefing. The purpose is to keep you SAFE and to help you have a pleasant overall experience.
