- Action requested MEMBER SURVEY: We like to check in from time to time to ensure we are hitting the mark with satisfaction. - Mindbody Scheduling Improvements: First, THANK YOU for using our online reservation system. This system allows us to run at full speed and properly anticipate attendance and adjust coaching appropriately. As we continue to grow, CrossFit 858 will continue to monitor class size/coaching quality and continue to hold us to the highest standards. In order to do that, some changes will occur, all to improve the efficiency of our operations. Effective immediately the following changes will occur in your Mindbody online reservation system:
- All members will only be allowed to make one reservation per day. It was discovered that some were reserving multiple classes a day to keep their options open and not deleting their other reservations after they attended their class. This would take up spots in other classes, putting people on wait lists.
- All members will only be allowed to reserve classes up to one day in advance. Many members were using recurring reservations for weeks at a time, and not showing up to some of them. This also took up wasted spots in our reservation system. For efficiency, when you check the WOD each night a link will be posted on the WOD page for easy access to reservations should you decide you want to take a class the next day. This steps adds a total of 20 seconds of work to your reservation routine 🙂
- The 6pm class, Monday through Friday, will now exclude any members that are either on the Free 1 week introductory pass or any newly signed members that have NOT yet taken Foundations. Unlike most gyms, our Foundations will remain FREE to new members (within 2 weeks of joining) and these new members will be welcome in the 6pm class upon completion. The 6pm time slot has become the most popular slot and this change is made out of fairness to our existing members. There are no restrictions on any of the other classes.
