IT’S BACK!! PALEO Happy Hour!!!- This Friday, March 30th, we will be having Happy Hour at the gym starting at 7pm!! I’ll get some beer, but please bring whatever beverages you wish to drink.
Also: please bring a Paleo dish to share. For those that are on Paleo or those who are thinking of going Paleo, this is a great opportunity to try out different recipes. If possible, please bring the recipe to share.
