Announcement:

IT’S BACK!!  PALEO Happy Hour!!!- This Friday, March 30th, we will be having Happy Hour at the gym starting at 7pm!!  I’ll get some beer, but please bring whatever beverages you wish to drink.

Also: please bring a Paleo dish to share.  For those that are on Paleo or those who are thinking of going Paleo, this is a great opportunity to try out different recipes.   If possible, please bring the recipe to share.

 

SWOD: 

Deadlift 3/3/2/2/2 (You do not have to do your sets unbroken, but you should be moving quickly through each set. Start at about 80-85% of your 1RM) Then,

Strict press 8/8/6/6/5 (start your first set with about 65% or your 1RM)
