Reminder/Announcements:

  • Schedule change for the Opens: We will be running the Opens WOD every class on Saturdays.  CrossFit 858 Team members, we will be going at 12pm.  If you wish to have your workout validated any other time, please see Coach Mark
  • Our Foundations programs remain free, but effective immediately all new members must take their FREE Foundations within two weeks of membership or a $50.00 foundations fee will be charged.  In fairness to existing members, we must ensure that all members have the same baseline knowledge to help keep the classes flowing. Thank you!

CrossFit Opens WOD 12.4

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20lbs to 10′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (14lbs to 9′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

NON Opens competitors:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20/14:10’/9′)
90 Double-unders (270 singles)
50 pullups
