Reminder:

SWOD: Deadlift 6/6/4/4/4 (You do not have to do your sets unbroken, but you should be moving quickly through each set. Start at about 65-70% of your 1RM) Then,

A1) KB or DB rows 10/10/10/10/10

A2) Sit ups, max. reps in 30 sec. X 5 sets
