REMINDERS!!!

SWOD: Hang snatch 5/5/5/5/5 (each set should be done at 70% or more of your 1 RM snatch) *Your sets do not need to be “touch and go”, you may drop the bar from overhead (Unless you have 10lb plates on or less)  and then readdress the bar.

*Please do NOT drop the rubber 10lb plates if they are not combined with other rubber plates.  They will bend, crack and break. Thank you.
