- Today we say a temporary “Goodbye” to CrossFit 858 athlete, Alex Jain. Alex, his wife Ann and son Graysen are moving to London for the next two years. Alex has accepted an outstanding job offer and we wish him our best wishes and congratulations. See you soon, Alex!!
- This Saturday, February 18th, CrossFit 858 will be open but will have Open Gym ONLY from 9am-12pm. There will be a WOD prescribed but please note that you will not have a class structure nor coaching. Thanks for your flexibility!
SWOD:
Hang snatch 3/3/3/3/3 (each set should be done at 75% or more of your 1 RM snatch)
*Your sets do not need to be “touch and go”, you may drop the bar from overhead and then readdress the bar.
*Do NOT drop the bar/weights if you only have 10lb plates on the bar. The weights will bend, crack and split.
Then,
A1) Ring dips 10/10/10/10/10
A2) Plank hold 40-60 sec. (add some weight for more of a challenge, as long as you can maintain good form.)
