Mobility WOD

A1) Shoulder distraction drill 1 min each arm x 2 sets

SWOD:

Hang snatch 6/6/6/6/6 then,

A1) Toes to bar, max reps in 30 sec x 5 sets

A2) Ring push ups, max reps in 20 sec x 5 sets
