A2) Racked position mobility drill x 3 sets, 1 min each arm
WOD
“Death by pull ups”
1 pull up the first minute
2 pull ups the second minute
3 pull ups the third minute……
Until you fail to compete a set. Sets do not need to be done unbroken.
As soon as you fail to finish a set, finish with 75 AbMat sit ups. These do not have to be timed.
