Skill work:

A1) Handstand push ups, Max reps in 30 seconds x 5 sets -or- Max handstand hold for time x 5 sets (post shortest time held)

A2) Pistol squats 5 reps in each leg x 5 sets

A3) Shoulder distraction drill, 2 min each arm x 2 sets

 

WOD: 

AMRAP in 5 min

10 Wall ball shots (20#/14#)

10 Burpees

 

Rest 2 min

 

AMRAP in 5 min

10 toes to bar

10 Push press (95#/65#)
