 A quick thank you message to the members:

A message that doesn’t have to do with lifting, mobility, diet or CrossFit in general. During the course of conversations with many of you, it became apparent to me that many of you travel from all over San Diego County and even North County to come workout at CrossFit 858.  Matt/Brittany/Haley from Poway, Cha/Bernard/Aimee from Chula Vista, Oscar from Spring Valley, and Dee from Cardiff just to name a few of the many!!

I just wanted to take this time to say: Thank You.

It’s not unnoticed and definitely appreciated.  We realize you have a choice in CrossFit boxes and you have chosen us.  That means a lot to me as a Coach and as a business owner.  It’s that type of dedication that makes my job that much easier.  I have a blast watching you all grow every day and I truly appreciate the opportunity you all have given me.  So thanks again, keep coming, and keep referring new members like you!!

SWOD: Max push press x 4 sets, you pick the weight, and you may increase the weight. The set starts once you begin push pressing and the set ends once you reach failure. You’ll be picking the bar up out of the rack.
