Have you ever wondered what it’s like to practice parkour or freerunning? Are you dying to let out your inner ninja and scale walls, flip over poles, and somersault off buildings?
Now is your chance. Introducing:
The CrossFit 858/Tempest Freerunning Academy FIELD TRIP!
Details:
We have arranged for the Tempest Freerunning Academy to be taken over exclusively by CrossFit 858 for 3 hours. This will include 1 hour of instruction from one of Tempest’s world class coaches AND 2 hour of OPEN GYM!!
When/Timeline:
Sunday January 15th. From 8am-11am. We will leave PROMPTLY from CrossFit 858 at 6am and caravan up to LA.
CrossFit 858 is located at: 7630 Miramar Rd Suite 2500 San Diego, CA. Click on our “location” tab for a map.
Some of us may also spectate at the OC Throwdown in Orange County after our group lunch (location TBD). Spectating at the OC Throwdown is OPTIONAL.
Who:
This field trip is open to members of CrossFit 858, their guests, and non members too.
Cost:
The low cost for 1 hour of instruction and 2 hours of open gym is (deadline to sign up is Saturday January 7th, 2012):
- $40.00 for members of CrossFit 858 (and their guests are eligible for this price)
- $50.00 for non members
- $40.00 for non members who sign up for a FREE One week pass for CrossFit 858
How to pay:
- Pay online for the trip and/or the FREE ONE WEEK PASS on our online MINDBODY store (CLICK HERE)
- Pay in person at CrossFit 858 (cash or credit only)
- Deadline to sign up is January 7th, 2012
- No returns
